ROBOT LAB 513 course list
Currently we offer an INTRODUCTION TO SPIKE and an ADVANCED SPIKE ROBOTICS courses. Courses are offered monthly with new and fun challenges each and every month. The course are built on a three or four week cirriculum. Special courses added periodically.
Introduction to Spike
If you already have Spike experience, this is a great course to build on your knowledge. We dive deeper into complex coding, sensor capabilities and PID control. Each month we offer a new course to incorporate fun challenges and problem solving. Courses include SpeedTrack, Target Practice, 4-Axis Robotic Arm, and CNC/Plotter. In Advanced course students are challenged to problem solve in tasks much different from those encountered in FLL. 4-week courses are regularly $80. Check the schedule for which and when courses are offered.
Advanced Spike Robotics
If you already have Spike experience, this is a great course to build on your knowledge. We dive deeper into complex coding, sensor capabilities and PID control. Special challenge courses
Experience recommended. Twice a year, we offer special challenge courses to keep the fun going. These special offers include Sumo-Bot Challenge, Speedway Race Challenge, and King of the Mountain Challenge. Don't miss our next Challenge. Special Challenge Courses are not designed for students new to robotics. It is recommended to take Intro to Spike course first.
